July/August Theater Event 11th Annual New Works Festival – Presented by Phoenix Theatre, 100 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix. The festival will run from July 11-August 2 and will feature staged readings of new plays. Witness new works in the making as playwrights, both seasoned and new, stage public readings of new scripts performed by professional actors. An audience discussion follows each performance.
