Roaring Fork Summer in the Valley means special pricing for those who weather, well, the weather. Chef Bryan of Roaring Fork is offering a 3 course menu for only $25 per person. Guests may choose one from each category: 1st Course Shrimp Cocktail, Soup of the Day, Green Salad; Main Course Bonelss Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Sauteed Rainbow Trout or Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder "Carnitas"; Dessert choices Hot Chocolate Lava Brownie with Vanilla Bean Ice Bream; Creme Brulee with House Made Cookies; or Hot Huckleberry Bread Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
